What's Eating You Kid? is a mindfulness program that teaches children and adults how to read food labels to identify 16 Monsters encountered at practically every meal. It also teaches how to keep track of the Monsters daily with an interactive, fun, animated Monster Tracker Journal that also keeps track of water intake and physical activity. The Emotions Tracker is included free with the program. Seven of the Monsters in WEYK cause emotional dysregulation. (Anger and/or violent behavior). So we added a fun Emotions Tracker Journal so that kids can keep track of how they feel after they eat certain foods, after drinking water and exercise.Science has proven that journaling creates awareness and awareness creates change.
